Return Policy
We only return items if they are defective, stale, or damaged. Reports of damaged products should be made within 6 hours of delivery. Please make your return request by calling us at 9836493000 or emailing us at info@gokulgourmet.com
In the event where Gokul Gourmet is unable to deliver the product due to lack of stock or other reasons, the full order amount will be refunded. For other situations involving product issues, once an exchange request is validated, we will initiate a refund if an exchange is not possible. It will take a minimum of 1-2 business days to process such requests, and you will be notified via email or SMS.
