Refund Policy
In the event where Gokul Gourmet is unable to deliver the product due to lack of stock or other reasons, the full order amount will be refunded. For other situations involving product issues, once an exchange request is validated, we will initiate a refund if an exchange is not possible. It will take a minimum of 3-4 business days to process such requests, and you will be notified via email or SMS. Upon transferring the money back to the source of the transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund.
