Motipak is a popular sweet from the Indian state of Gujarat, although variations of it are found in other regions of India as well. It is made primarily from besan (chickpea flour), ghee (clarified butter), sugar, and flavored with cardamom. The texture of Motipak is dense and fudgy, almost like a cross between a barfi and fudge.
